We have continually improved our electroless nickel process ever since we began production. We guarantee to furnish, if needed, special equipment and procedures to meet our customers' unusual needs. We have tank capabilities for handling products up to 14 feet in length, 8 feet in width, 12 feet in depth and a lifting capability of 10 tons, and we can fabricate special receptacles for larger parts. We maintain high-quality production with 24-hour scheduling.

Our modern 55,000 square foot facility permits careful handling of all products ... large or small.

Electroless nickel offers an efficient solution to the increasing costs of stainless steel and other specialty alloys with decreasing manufacturing cost, while maintaining product quality. Our use of the very finest proprietary solutions assure uniform nickel properties of the highest quality ... a consistent product whose characteristics are invariably reproduced. The system at Schumacher has been tested on many different products and proven in many different environments for corrosion resistance. Our process guarantees a product to be virtually unaffected by hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, salt air and water, alkalis, weak acids and many other organic liquids. It is also extremely suitable for food handling equipment.

As with any technology, improving goes beyond the process itself.
